I'm Alina, a professional artist, designer and educator based in Nottingham.

I create original paintings inspired by light, atmosphere and the moments that stay with us long after they've passed.

My creative journey began with a classical art education at a young age before leading me into a career in interior design. After years spent designing spaces and experiences, I found myself returning to painting and reconnecting with the tactile process of making.

My background in design continues to influence my work. I think carefully about colour, composition, scale, and how a painting will live within a space. Whether creating original pieces or commissions, my aim is to create artwork that feels considered, personal and at home in its surroundings.

My paintings are held in private collections all across the UK.
